This app is designed for Zego-powered communities and offers everything you need to manage your community from your phone. You can make payments, view utility bills, connect with your community, and control smart home devices all from the intuitive mobile app.
With Zego Pay, you can easily pay your rent or HOA dues, set up a recurring AutoPay to avoid late fees, view your current balance, and see your payment history. Zego Engage lets you message with your community manager, submit and manage maintenance requests, view upcoming events, reserve amenities, and gain access to exclusive in-app third-party deals through the Marketplace, and more.
Zego Smart allows you to control all your smart devices from a single app, including smart locks, thermostats, outlets, light bulbs, and more. Zego Utility lets you view your utility charges and make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments. Keep in mind that not all products are available at all properties, so make sure to contact your property management company or HOA if you are unsure whether your community uses Zego.
